What is a DTF gang sheet?

A gang sheet is one long sheet of transfer film with many designs arranged on it. You pay for the film you use rather than per design, which makes small runs and mixed artwork far cheaper. Ours are 56 cm wide and up to 100 cm per panel.

How is the price calculated?

Per linear meter of 56 cm wide film. Pay-as-you-go is €15.00/m. With a €45.00/year membership it drops to €10.00/m, and 24-hour priority is €12.00/m.

How fast is production?

Standard orders are printed within 48 hours, priority within 24 hours. That is production time; UPS transit is on top and depends on your country.

Where do you print and ship from?

Everything is printed and cured in our own facility in the Netherlands, and shipped with tracked UPS across Europe.

What files should I send?

PNG or TIFF at 300 DPI with a transparent background, or a flattened PDF. Avoid JPEG — it cannot hold transparency. Our artwork guide covers the details.

What if my file has a problem?

Our browser preflight flags low resolution, oversized width, missing transparency and colour mode issues before you pay. If you would like a human to review it too, add the manual file check for €5.00 per sheet.

Do the transfers last?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Pressed correctly they survive 50+ home washes with a soft hand feel. Wash inside out at 30 °C and skip the tumble dryer for best results.

Can I cancel or change an order?

Until production starts, yes — contact us straight away. Once a sheet is printed it is custom-made and cannot be resold, so it cannot be cancelled.

Do you offer refunds?

If a sheet is misprinted, damaged in transit or does not match your approved file, we reprint or refund it. Send photos within 14 days of delivery.

Is the POP Premium membership worth it?

Accepted Answer

POP Premium is €45.00 per year, billed automatically every twelve months. It pays for itself after 9 meters per year, and members also unlock 24-hour priority production and member-only deals. You can switch off auto-renew any time from your account.
