What we collect

Account details (name, email), order and delivery details, billing information including VAT number for business customers, and the artwork files you upload.

Basic technical data such as your browser type and pages visited, used to keep the site working and secure.

Why we collect it

To produce and deliver your order, to handle payment and invoicing, to provide customer support, and to comply with Dutch tax and accounting obligations.

Your artwork

Uploaded files are stored securely and used only to produce your order. We do not resell, license or reuse your artwork. You can request deletion of stored files at any time.

Sharing

We share only what is necessary with our payment provider, our carrier for delivery, and our hosting and infrastructure providers acting as processors under contract.

Retention

Order and invoice records are kept for seven years as required by Dutch law. Artwork files are kept while your account is active so you can reorder, and deleted on request.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, and object to processing. Contact hello@poptransfers.com and we will respond within one month.
