1. Who we are

Pop Transfers is a direct-to-film printing business registered in the Netherlands. These terms form the agreement between you and Pop Transfers when you place an order.

2. Orders and acceptance

An order is accepted once payment has been received and confirmed. Until then we may decline or cancel an order, for example if artwork cannot be produced or infringes third-party rights.

You are responsible for the artwork you upload. By submitting a file you confirm you hold the necessary rights to reproduce it.

3. Pricing and payment

Prices are shown per linear meter and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise. VAT is applied at checkout based on your country and, for business customers, your validated VAT number.

Payments are processed by our payment provider. We never store your card details.

4. Production and turnaround

Turnaround times refer to production only and start once payment is confirmed. Transit time depends on the carrier and destination and is not included.

We may reject or pause a job if the supplied file cannot be printed to an acceptable standard, and will contact you before proceeding.

5. Custom production

All gang sheets are made to order from your artwork. Once production has started an order cannot be cancelled, and the statutory right of withdrawal for distance sales does not apply to bespoke goods.

6. Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit or missed deadlines caused by carrier delays.

7. Applicable law

Dutch law applies to these terms. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
